背景介绍 IL-6 is a member of a family of cytokines, which also includes LIF, CNTF, Oncostatin M, IL11, and CT- 1. All known members of the IL-6 cytokine family induce hepatic expression of acute phase proteins. IL-6 is produced by many different cell types. The main sources in vivo are stimulated monocytes, fibroblasts, and endothelial cells. Macrophages, T-cells and B-lymphocytes, granulocytes, smooth muscle cells, eosinophils, chondrocytes, osteoblasts, mast cells, glial cells, and keratinocytes also produce IL-6 after stimulation. The IL-6 receptor is expressed on T-cells, mitogen-activated B-cells, peripheral monocytes and some macrophage- and B-cell derived tumor cell types. It is not expressed in resting B-cells but in resting T-cells. The IL-6 receptor (CD126) is a strongly glycosylated protein of 80 kDa and a length of 449 amino acids. 产品介绍 Recombinant human IL-6 is a glycosylated disulfide-linked homodimeric protein consisting of 184 amino acid residues, and migrates as an approximately 20 kDa protein under non-reducing and reducing conditions in SDS-PAGE. Optimized DNA sequence encoding Human Interleukin-6 mature chain was expressed in E. coli.
询价背景介绍 Interleukin-4 is produced mainly by a subpopulation of activated T-cells (Th2) that are the biologically most active helper cells for B-cells and that also secrete IL-5 and IL-6. The biological activities of IL-4 are mediated by a specific receptor. The extracellular domain of the IL-4 receptor is related to the receptors for EPO, IL-6, and the beta chain of the IL2 receptor (CD124). Two types of IL-4 receptor (IL-4R) exist: the type 1 receptor is a heterodimer consisting of CD132 and IL-4R-alpha. The type 2 receptor is a heterodimer consisting of IL-4Ralpha and IL-13Ralpha1. IL-4 enhances expression of MHC class 2 antigens on B-cells. It can promote their capacity to respond to other B-cell stimuli and to present antigens for T-cells. Pretreatment of macrophages with IL-4 prevents the production of IL1, TNF-alpha and prostaglandins in response to activation of the cells by bacterial endotoxins or IFN-gamma. IL-4 synergises with EPO and G-CSF in the generation of colonies containing granulocytes or erythroid progenitor cells in a colony formation assay. 产品介绍 Recombinant mouse Interleukin-4 is a disulfide-linked monomer protein consisting of 121 amino acid residues, migrates as an approximately 14 kDa protein under non-reducing and reducing conditions in SDS-PAGE. Optimized DNA sequence encoding mouse Interleukin-4 mature chain was expressed in E. coli.

询价背景介绍 IL-33, a member of the IL-1 family, signals via a heterodimeric receptor complex consisting of ST2 and IL-1R accessory protein and triggers the activation of NF-κB and all three MAPKs (p38, ERK1/2, and JNK1/2) in mast cells. IL-33 is expressed in multiple tissues and by several cell types such as dermal fibroblasts and small airway epithelial and bronchial smooth muscle cells. IL-33 activated IL-1-like signaling responses in mast cells and enhanced IL-5 and IL-13 production from murine Th2-polarized splenocytes. Moreover, it was found that both human and murine mast cells produced a wide spectrum of cytokines and chemokines when stimulated in vitro with IL- 33. In addition, IL-33 enhanced IL-4-driven Th2 cell responses and acted as a selective chemoattractant for Th2 cell recruitment. 产品介绍 Recombinant Interleukin-33 is a disulfide-linked monomer protein consisting of 159 amino acid residues, and migrates as an approximately 18 kDa protein under non-reducing and reducing conditions in SDS-PAGE. Optimized DNA sequence encoding murine Interleukin-33 mature chain was expressed in E. coli.
