背景介绍 M-CSF is produced by monocytes, granulocytes, endothelial cells, and fibroblasts. After cell activation, B-cells and T- cells and also a number of tumor cell lines are capable also of synthesizing this factor. M-CSF has been found to be synthesized by uterine epithelial cells in vivo. The M-CSF receptor (CD115) is identical with the proto-oncogene fms. The receptor is a transmembrane protein with an extracellular ligand-binding domain of 512 amino acids, an intramembrane domain of 25 amino acids, and a cytoplasmic domain of 435 amino acids encoding a tyrosine kinase. Human M-CSF is active in mouse and rat cells. The murine factor is active in rat cells but inactive in human cells. M-CSF is a specific factor in that the proliferation inducing activity is more or less restricted to the macrophage lineage. M-CSF is a potent stimulator of functional activities of monocytes. 产品介绍 Recombinant Human M-CSF is a disulfide-linked homodimeric protein consisting of two 149 amino acid residues, and migrates as an approximately 42 kDa protein under non-reducing and as 20-21 kDa under reducing conditions in SDS-PAGE. Optimized DNA sequence encoding Human M-CSF extracellular domain was expressed in baculovirus infected Bombyx mori.
询价背景介绍 Monocyte Chemoattractant Proteins 4 (MCP-4/CCL13) is member of a distinct, structurally-related subclass of CC chemokines. MCP-4/CCL13 is a major chemoattractants for eosinophils, basophils monocytes and T-lymphocytes. The MCP protein family bind to specific G-protein-coupled receptors, initiating a signal cascade within the cell. Expression of MCP-4/CCL13 mRNA and protein is greater in the sputum, epithelium, submucosal inflammatory cells and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of asthmatics than in healthy individuals. Involvement of MCPs has also been demonstrated in renal inflammation and atopic dermatitis and the expression of this protein is also correlated with enhanced inflammatory immune responses during immunotherapy. 产品介绍 Recombinant MCP-4 is a disulfide-linked monomeric protein consisting of 76 amino acid residues and migrates as an approximately 9 kDa protein under non-reducing conditions and reducing conditions in SDS-PAGE. Optimized DNA sequence encoding human MCP-4 (CCL13) mature chain was expressed in E. coli.

询价背景介绍 Monocyte chemotactic protein MCP-2 is a C-C chemokine. It shares over 60% amino acid identity with MCP-1 and MCP-3 and has about 30% identity with other C-C chemokines MIP-1alpha, RANTES, and MIP-1beta. MCP-2 is chemotactic for and activates a wide variety of inflammatory cells, and its spectrum of action on leukocytes is similar to that of MCP-3, including monocytes, T lymphocytes, NK cells, basophils, mast cells, and eosinophils, but differs from MCP-1, which is not active on eosinophils. MCP-2 has been proposed to interact with multiple C-C chemokine receptors, including those used by MCP- 1 and MCP-3. However, since leukocytes express a multiplicity of chemokine receptors with promiscuous binding and functional properties, it is difficult to identify the receptors used by a given ligand on these cells. 产品介绍 Recombinant MCP-2 is a disulfide-linked monomeric protein consisting of 77 amino acid residues and migrates as an approximately 9 kDa protein under non-reducing conditions and reducing conditions in SDS-PAGE. Optimized DNA sequence encoding human MCP-2 (CCL8) mature chain was expressed in E. coli.

询价背景介绍 MCP-1 (Monocyte Chemotactic Protein-1) belongs to the family of chemotactic cytokines. MCP-1 is expressed by monocytes, vascular endothelial cells, smooth muscle cells, glomerular mesangial cell, osteoblastic cells. MCP-1 has been shown to exhibit biological activities other than Chemotaxis. It can induce the proliferation and activation of killer cells known as CHAK. Elevated levels of MCP-1 are observed in atherosclerotic plaques that are rich in macrophages. The factor activates the tumoricidal activity of monocytes and macrophages in vivo. It regulates the expression of cell surface antigens (CD11c, CD11b) and the expression of cytokines (IL-1, IL-6). MCP-1 is a potent activator of human basophils, inducing degranulation and the release of histamines. In basophils activated by IL-3, IL-5 or GM-CSF, MCP-1 enhances the synthesis of leukotriene C4. 产品介绍 Human MCP-1, generated by the proteolytic removal of the signal peptide and propeptide and has a calculated molecular mass of approximately 9 kDa. Recombinant MCP-1 is a disulfide-linked monomeric protein consisting of 77 amino acid residues and migrates as an approximately 9 kDa protein under non-reducing conditions and reducing conditions in SDS-PAGE.
