背景介绍 TSSK2 is an intronless serine-threonine kinase that was originally detected on mouse chromosome 16 (1). TSSK2 and TSSK1 share 72% overall amino acid identity and 83% identity in the kinase domain (2). Real-time PCR showed abundant TSSK2 expression in testis and lower levels in heart, brain, and placenta while Western blot analysis detected TSSK2 at the predicted molecular mass of 40 kDa in human sperm and testis. Co-immunoprecipitation and yeast 2-hybrid analysis show that TSSK2 can interact with a protein TSKS, that also acts as a substrate for this protein kinase. 产品介绍 Recombinant human TSSK2, full length, with an N-terminal GST-tag, expressed in Sf9 insect cells via a baculovirus expression system. The gene accession number is NM_053006.
询价产品介绍 Recombinant human TSSK1B, full length, with an N-terminal GST-tag, expressed in Sf9 insect cells via a baculovirus expression system. The gene accession number is NM_032028.
询价背景介绍 TOPK is a MAPK kinase that phosphorylates p38 MAPK and is activated in a cell-cycle-dependent manner in neuronal progenitor cells in vitro (1). Expression of TOPK is detected in male germ line progenitor cells, activated T-cells, and a variety of lymphomas and leukemias. In vitro studies have shown that activated TOPK phosphorylated p38MAPK but not JNK or ERK. TOPK activation requires phosphorylation by both the M-phase CDK1/CyclinB kinase complex and another unknown kinase, possibly RafC or RafA. TOPK may play an important role in linking extracellular signals to an intracellular state, possibly allowing extracellular influence on the cell-cycle-related processes of proliferation or differentiation (2). 产品介绍 Recombinant human TOPK, full length, with N-terminal GST-tag, expressed by Sf9 insect cells via a baculovirus expression system.
询价背景介绍 TLK2 or Tousled-like kinase 2, is a nuclear serine/threonine kinases that is thought to be involved in the regulation of chromatin assembly (1). In addition, TLK2 is also involved in other cellular processes such as intracellular signaling cascade, protein amino acid phosphorylation, cell cycle, chromatin modification and in response to DNA damage stimulus. TLK2 displays maximal activity during S phase of the cell cycle where it appears to be regulated by cell-cycle-dependent phosphorylation. Inhibition of DNA replication causes a rapid loss of TLK2 activity, indicating that TLK2 function is tightly linked to ongoing DNA replication. 产品介绍 Recombinant human TLK2 (a.a. 388-end), with N-terminal GST-tag, expressed by Sf9 insect cells via a baculovirus expression system.
询价背景介绍 Thousand and one-amino acid protein kinase 2 (TAOK 2) is part of the stress-sensitive kinase cascade and activation of and binding to MKK3 by TAOK2 implicates it in the regulation of the p38-containing stress-responsive MAP kinase pathway (1). TAOK2 protein kinase activates p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase cascade in vitro and in cells by phosphorylating the MAP/ERK kinases MKK3 and MKK6. TAO2 may play an important role in the activation of specific intracellular signaling pathways that are unique to osmotic stress (2). 产品介绍 Recombinant human TAOK2 (a.a. 1-314), with N-terminal GST-tag, expressed by Sf9 insect cells via a baculovirus expression system.
询价背景介绍 TAOK1 is a serine/threonine-protein kinase involved in regulation of the p38-containing stress-responsive MAP kinase pathway and extracellular signal-regulated protein kinase (ERK) kinases (MEKs) (1). The activation of and binding to MEK3 by TAOK1 implicates TAOK1 in the regulation of the p38-containing stress-responsive MAP kinase pathway. A microtubule affinity-regulating kinase kinase, TAOK1 (also known as MARKK) is an important regulator of mitotic progression, required for both chromosome congression and checkpoint-induced anaphase delay (2). 产品介绍 Recombinant human TAOK1 (a.a. 1-314), with N-terminal GST-tag, expressed by Sf9 insect cells via a baculovirus expression system.
询价背景介绍 SRPK2 is a member of the serine/arginine (SR) protein-specific kinase family that are cell cycle-regulated protein kinases which phosphorylate SR domain-containing proteins in nuclear speckles and mediate the pre-mRNA splicing events (1). SRPK2 knock down results in hypophosphorylation of the serine/arginine domain-containing human PRP28 protein thereby destabilizing PRP28 association with the tri-snRNP. RNAi-mediated depletion in HeLa cells showed that SRPK2 is essential for cell viability, and it is required for spliceosomal B complex formation (2). 产品介绍 Recombinant human serine/arginine domain protein kinase 2 (SRPK2), full length, with N-terminal GST-tag, expressed by Sf9 insect cells via a baculovirus expression system.
询价背景介绍 SRPK1 is a Ser/Thr protein kinase that has sequence and function similar to SRPK2. In human cancer cells, it was observed that inactivation of SRPK1 induces cellular resistance to anticancer drugs such as cisplatin and bleomycin (1). SRPK1 phosphorylates serine/arginine-rich (SR) proteins, such as splicing factors ASF/SF2, SC35, and SRp55, in their arginine/serine-rich (RS) domains in vitro. Hence it is believed that SRPK1 plays a key role in regulation of both constitutive and alternative splicing by regulating intracellular localization of splicing factors (2). 产品介绍 Recombinant human serine/arginine domain protein kinase 1 (SRPK1), full length, with N-terminal GST-tag, expressed by Sf9 insect cells via a baculovirus expression system.
询价背景介绍 SOK1 or oxidant stress-response kinase-1 is a serine/threonine kinase that is activated by autophosphorylation and by reactive oxygen intermediates, but is not activated by growth factors, alkylating agents, cytokines, or environmental stresses (1). SOK1 is expressed ubiquitously with highest expression in brain and testis. SOK1 regulates cell death after chemical anoxia, as its down-regulation by RNA interference enhances cell survival. SOK1 entry into the nucleus is important for the cell death response since SOK1 mutants unable to enter the nucleus do not induce cell death (2). 产品介绍 Recombinant human SOK1, full length, with N-terminal GST-tag, expressed in Sf9 insect cells via a baculovirus expression system.
