背景介绍 CD43 is a heavily glycosylated type I transmembrane protein expressed on the surface of most hemopoietic cells. It is abundantly expressed on the surface of T cells and functions as a co-stimulatory molecule by transducing activation signals through its cytoplasmic domain.
