Negative regulator of PDGF-stimulated cell migration through dephosphorylation of PDGFR. Negative regulator of EGFR signaling pathway via EGFR dephosphorylation. Enhances the barrier function of epithelial junctions during reassembly. Negatively regulates T-cell receptor (TCR) signaling.
